Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on apartment units, including plumbing, electrical and carpentry work
  • Conduct basic minor repairs on small appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.
  • Respond to maintenance service requests and emergency calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure grounds and common areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Assist with apartment turnovers including painting, repairs, and inspections
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to pass background check and possess a valid driver's license
