Maintenance Technician | Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on apartment units, including plumbing, electrical and carpentry work
- Conduct basic minor repairs on small appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.
- Respond to maintenance service requests and emergency calls in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure grounds and common areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Assist with apartment turnovers including painting, repairs, and inspections
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to pass background check and possess a valid driver's license
