Maintenance Technician | NexGen Multifamily Management

We're looking for the best and brightest in the Maintenance Field to join our team.

We are looking to add to our dynamic Maintenance Team those Technicians who possess the right set of skills to give our residents and owners superior service. Skills and experience need to include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, appliances, and troubleshooting knowledge.

• Resman Software knowledge as well as MS Office a plus but not required

Required experience:

• Maintenance: Minimum 1-year onsite Multifamily (additional restrictions apply)
• Ground/Porter: No experience necessary but preferred.
