I’ve been with PooPrints since 2015, and what started as my first exposure to the multifamily industry quickly turned into a long-term passion. As Director of Customer Experience, I work closely with our technology, marketing, and customer-facing teams to make sure we’re serving our customers thoughtfully and effectively. I’m always looking for ways to strengthen the PooPrints program and create a better experience from start to finish.

Outside of work, I live on a farm in Tennessee with my husband, a small herd of cows, and a flock of free-range chickens. It’s my favorite place to unplug, recharge, and dream up what’s next.
