Robert Baty

My name is Robert Baty, the Senior Estimator for Big Woody’s Tree Service, where I bring over 30 years of combined experience in crane operations, emergency response, and complex tree removal projects. My background as a first responder taught me the importance of quick decision-making, attention to detail, and safety—all skills that translate directly into my work today.

In my role at Big Woody’s, I specialize in bidding and planning large-scale land clearing, hazardous tree removal, and crane-assisted operations. My hands-on experience with heavy equipment and technical removals allows me to accurately evaluate challenging projects and ensure our crews are set up for success.

Outside of work, I’m proud to stay involved in our community. I actively support and volunteer with local charities, first responder organizations, and youth programs, continuing the same spirit of service that shaped my career.
