Scott Brewer

Kenneth "K. Scott" Brewer serves as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy for RotoloConsultants, Inc. (RCI), where he leads the company's strategic growth initiatives, business developmentoperations, and market expansion efforts throughout the Southeast and beyond. With more than 25 yearsof executive leadership experience in commercial landscaping, environmental services, disaster recovery,and corporate strategy, Scott is recognized for building high-performing teams, cultivating long-term clientpartnerships, and delivering sustainable growth.
Since joining RCI, Scott has been instrumental in the company's continued expansion, helping drivesignificant revenue growth while supporting the opening of new regional operations and the integration ofstrategic acquisitions. His leadership has focused on strengthening RCI's presence across municipal,commercial, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, multifamily, industrial, and corporate markets. Bycombining strategic planning with a relationship-driven approach, he has successfully secured complexpublic and private sector contracts that have contributed to RCI's position as one of the nation's premierlandscape service providers.
In addition to overseeing business development, Scott has played a pivotal role in developing RCI'sEmergency Response Division, directing large-scale disaster recovery operations across the United States.His experience includes managing environmental response, debris removal, emergency housing, logistics,procurement, infrastructure restoration, and recovery efforts following major hurricanes, tornadoes, floods,and environmental incidents. His ability to mobilize personnel, equipment, and resources rapidly has made RCI a trusted partner for government agencies, municipalities, and private-sector clients during times of crisis.
