Schedule: Full-Time | Three Saturdays per month required, with a weekday off

Bedrock Management is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Park Ridge Apartments in Chattanooga, TN!

Park Ridge is a mixed-income apartment community offering both conventional and affordable housing. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping people find their next home, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the community.

Experience in affordable housing is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our community.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into successful leases.
• Assist prospective residents through the application, screening, and move-in processes.
• Support affordable housing leasing requirements, including income qualification and compliance documentation, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate prospect, applicant, and resident records within the property management software.
• Build positive relationships with current residents and assist with resident retention and renewal efforts.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, community outreach, and leasing events to increase traffic and occupancy.
• Collaborate with the Community Director and maintenance team to ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
• Assist with daily administrative responsibilities and contribute to achieving the community's occupancy and leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Affordable housing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, property management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• A motivated, results-driven mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive resident experience.

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly pay of $17.00–$21.00, based on qualifications and experience.
• Full-time position.
• Three Saturdays per month are required, with a scheduled weekday off during those weeks.
