**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing activities and maintaining positive tenant relationships at our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare and execute leases in accordance with property standards
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants
- Collaborate with property management to ensure efficient operation
