Required experience:

• Maintenance: Minimum 1-year onsite Multifamily (additional requirements may apply)
• HVAC Type I and II
• Ground/Porter: No experience necessary but preferred.

Desired licenses or certifications:

• CPO
• FHC

Additional Requirements and Information:

• Attendance is an imperative job function and we are counting on you to be on the job as scheduled.
• Professional attire specific to your duties is required at all times.
• Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position and comply with the policies, rules, and procedures set by the company; including those set out in the Employee Handbook or otherwise communicated (verbally or written,) to team members.
• Resman Software and MS Office knowledge is a plus but not required

Salary: Hourly pay is based on position and experience

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• On-call ( additional compensation possible)
